A dinner full of leftovers this evening… I cooked a couple cheeseburgers, some butternut squash ‘fries’, some fresh steamed asparagus, and some of the remaining soba noodle salad from my Garde Manger class. Everything was tasty, and it sure was easy and convenient on a rainy night like tonight!
