Tonight's meal was simple. VERY simple. Nothing exciting… Just meatloaf dressed up with some hoisin sauce before it was baked. Nothing else; just two thick slices of meatloaf on a plate. BORING.

Just one word about dinner tonight: LEFTOVERS! I don't know why it is, but lasagna is ALWAYS better the second day. And, if I may say so myself, my lasagna was pretty darned good when I made it. It was really good tonight!
