DINNER: Thursday, February 6, 2003

Tonight, I made a simple miso soup for dinner. Nothing special, just some diced tofu (mental note to myself… The dry pack firm tofu holds together better than the wet pack firm tofu I used last night), chopped green onions, and rehydrated seaweed in a broth made with dashi miso.

It's simple, warming, and easy as anything.
