A dinner full of leftovers this evening… I cooked a couple cheeseburgers, some butternut squash ‘fries’, some fresh steamed asparagus, and some of the remaining soba noodle salad from my Garde Manger class. Everything was tasty, and it sure was easy and convenient on a rainy night like tonight!

Tonight, I performed a comprehensive system backup of the site using Mondo, an excellent freeware backup solution. It was unavailable for about 45 minutes while the backup was tested.

We put Buster into bed with us before ‘lights out’ most nights. He lays there silently, tail wagging gently, hoping that we’ll forget he’s there and fall asleep with him between us. SO CUTE!
