A rather peasant meal tonight… It's so cold outside, it saps one's energy. We had a tuna and cheese cassarole, thrown together by your's truly and baked for 30 minutes. Warm, filling, and delicious. Some fresh breadsticks rounded it out nicely.

Last night was a good dinner. We went with some friends to SILLA, a Japanese/Korean restaurant near our house.

It's been cold here in Cincinnati, so a warm bowl of Miso Soup was in order. We then enjoyed a zippy green salad with Ginger Dressing, followed by three rolls of Sushi (about 18 pieces altogether) — spicy salmon roll, a yellowtail roll, and one other that currently escapes me.

One of our friends ordered too much so she shared with us (we love friends like that!), so we also tried some amazingly fresh salmon finger rolls and yellow fin finger rolls. Our friend managed to eat her toro rolls all by herself!
