Tonight, we were out & about (getting my suit together for next month's JAMES BEARD DINNER), so we stopped at LuLu's Noodle Bowl for dinner on our way home.

Wendy got Pho, and I got a breaded & fried chicken dish over rice with a nice sauce. We shared some Crab Rangoon.

I cooked tonight. Nothing special, just ground beef patties with lots of salt & pepper cooked in a nice hot cast iron pan. Added cheese, and some white worchester sauce. Also, boiled some edimame beans, seasoned them up with salt & cayenne.

What is it with us? We didn't really eat tonight; more like extended snacking while we vegged out on the couch watching TV. It was microwave popcorn, cheese, crackers, hummus, pita, and candy for us tonight.

Kinda makes you wonder why we're doing this exercise of tracking our dinners, doesn't it?
