This evening, as we packed to get ready for our vacation to Mexico’s Mayan Riviera (more information to follow!), we ordered pizza from LaRosa’s and had it delivered. It will be an early night; we have to be up on Sunday 3:30am to catch our flight!

This evening’s dinner was in Mexico’s Mayan Riviera. We stayed for a week at the Barcelo Maya Caribe Resort. Dinner tonight was at the buffet, featuring “Italian” food.

Dinner tonight was the Seafood-themed buffet at the Barcelo Maya Caribe Resort. We had delicious cilantro shrimp, garlic scallops, cowfish, and more with our friends Dawn & Jon.
