I received a Chef’s Choice Hybrid “Diamond Hone Knife Sharpener” for Christmas and have no idea if this is something I can use on my knives or if I should use it on them. I was hoping you would be able to help me out so I know whether to return it or keep it.
Wendy had a significant <ahem> birthday on September 17, 2021. We celebrated on September 19 with 8 folks (Wendy, Beth, Summer, DJ, Alex, Jay, Greg, and me) at our house.

I really enjoyed prepping the dinner — over the course of three days, doing a little bit each day — and executing it on the night of the party. Four of the eight guests are chefs and each one lent their assistance executing a course. I really enjoyed cooking for & with my culinary colleagues, and working together to make Wendy’s special dinner a memorable one!
Jean-Robert de Cavel, the Chef for whom I worked for over 14 years, passed away on December 23, 2022. He was 61 years old. I worked with him at an event on November 19, 2022. This was the last time I saw him. Fortunately, the…
