Last night, the Happy Mouth Supper Club met for our January outing. This time, it was Kristy’s turn to pick, and she selected Encore Cafe’, one of Paul & Pam Sturkey’s restaurants.

Tonight was a dinner on the go. Wendy got home from work at 7:20, and we had to be across town by 8:00, so we grabbed a couple burgers from Wendy's drive-through.
Why is it that even a simple order is messed up by drive-throughs? Is it me, or are fast-food employees actually becoming less efficient? Sheesh.

Tonight, Wendy cooked her "poor man’s Chow Mein", a simple yet tasty & hearty one-skillet dinner made using fresh chicken, frozen vegetables, and Rama Noodles. We gussied it up by adding some Sesame Oil.

UPGRADED News module added to the site — pnNewsX 1.6
Today, I added pnNewsX 1.6 to the site. This adds a couple of neat features, but the main change that users will notice is at the bottom of the site's front page.
If you go to the very bottom of the site's front page, you'll see a set of numbers. If you click one of these numbers, you're taken to that page of News. Prior to this module, it was very difficult to 'thumb through' the website, reading in chronological order.
