After 10 hours of driving back, fighting the rain, unpacking, and beginning laundry, we were too tired for any real dinner tonight. Wendy had a granola bar and a banana, and I don’t remember what I ate!

Our first full day back from vacation. Wendy was at work, while I (having taken an additional day of vacation) did laundry and ran errands (our ADSL modem was zapped during our vacation, so I got that replaced), got the house back into shape, and…
I had only two classes for which I needed to register: Cooking Skills and Methods and Theory of Cooking.
I logged into the CSTCC website to register for classes and was thrilled to discover that finally, finally, finally… everything in my application was complete and I was able to register.
So, entering the “synonyms” (course numbers) to specify which class, I anxiously attempted to register for classes online. All fields completed, my finger poised over the SUBMIT button…
I pressed SUBMIT.
Tonight, Wendy had a post-work appetizer party to attend, so I was on my own for dinner. I stopped at Penn Station for a Chicken Teriyaki Hoagie. It was really tasty, but something scary happened… I gave a TINY piece of chicken to Bean, one…
Tonight, Wendy cooked CHICKEN CREOLE for dinner… A lovely, spicy, rice, tomato, and chicken dish. It was really tasty! We finished the evening at Graeter’s Ice Cream for Raspberry Sorbets.
Tonight, we were running errands, so we stopped for chili at Skyline Chili.
Tonight was a stay-at-home-and-watch-TV night, so we just ate some Stouffer’s French Bread Pizza. This evening’s selection was their THREE MEAT pizza, and it was darned tasty!
