DINNER 286: Friday, October 13, 2006

Tonight, Dave, Robin, Holly, Wendy, and I ate at one of Wendy’s favorite Chinese restaurants, The Blue Gibbon. We had a nice conversation (we pretty much closed the place down since we sat and talked so long) and great food. Wendy & I split their…

DINNER 287: Saturday, October 14, 2006

Tonight, I ate the leftovers from last night’s trip to The Blue Gibbon since we didn’t have much time for dinner. We saw FAIRFIELD FOOTLIGHTERS community theater production of DRACULA, which had a couple of our friends in it (hi John & Kent!).

DINNER 288: Sunday, October 15, 2006

Today and tonight we ate out, because we had our first technical rehearsal for THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW at Falcon Theater this evening. This first tech was the “cue-to-cue”, where the technical crew works through the entire show, from cue to cue. It’s boring and tedious for the actors but is critically important for the tech crew (me and David B. are the tech crew) and it went reasonably well this evening.

Dinner was IHOP where I had “Pigs in Blankets”. Terrible for me, but delicious.

DINNER 289: Monday, October 16, 2006

An incredibly simple dinner this evening because I was running far behind my time today. I was trying to get away from the office a few minutes early because the weather was bad. Bad weather (in this case, rain) and Cincinnati drivers do not mix!…

DINNER 290: Tuesday, October 17, 2006

DINNER 290: Tuesday, October 17, 2006

Another meal on the run tonight. I traveled to Wilberforce University today for a career fair so was on the road most of the day. I got home, gave the dogs a snack and the chance to stretch their legs outside for a while, and gobbled a can of cheese ravioli, some yogurt, and water.

These are the few quiet minutes spent at home between work and rehearsal for ROCKY HORROR SHOW which we’re doing at Falcon Theater. It opens this weekend (October 20). If you’re interested, information and ticket reservations can be found at the Falcon Theater website.

DINNER 291: Wednesday, October 18, 2006

DINNER 291: Wednesday, October 18, 2006

Another technical rehearsal this evening for ROCKY HORROR SHOW at Falcon Theater. The rehearsal went very well, though I was a bit late coming home this evening because of responsibilities at my office (we’re having our accreditation visit this week — stressful!) so we rocketed…
