DINNER 24: Tuesday, January 24, 2006

This evening, Angel, one of the castmembers of the show I’m directing (DINNER WITH FRIENDS for Falcon Theater), and I met for a dinner of Indian food at AMBAR INDIA in Clifton, very near where we both work and close to our rehearsal space. We enjoyed an appetizer of the Paneer Pakora — unmeltable white cheese fried until the coating is crispy; an onion naan; and our entrees. I really love the Chicken Tikki Masala dish — the sauce is nearly addictive.

After dinner, we went to our rehearsal space to meet most of the rest of our cast and begin rehearsing the show.
