DINNER: Monday, September 22, 2003
Ahhh! A quiet evening at home! Despite the fact that we ended up with a relatively free weekend (due to changing plans beyond our control), we both felt tired this evening. So a stay-at-home soup-tasting sounded like just the thing for dinner. It was handy because we had 6 soups from Drew’s Saturday culinary lab to try!
We enjoyed a sweet corn chowder; split green pea; onion-leek; cream of roasted garlic; portabello mushroom; and a shrimp bisque. It was good eating!
