DINNER: Wednesday, June 18, 2003

Tonight, I cooked a couple of nice sockeye salmon fillets… Colored them first on the range in a cast-iron skillet and then put them in the oven to finish while I steamed some broccoli and cooked a rice side-dish.

When everything was done, I spooned some chunky Bleu Cheese dressing over top of the salmon and nestled a slice of beer bread on the plate with the broccoli & rice, and dinner was served.
