Tonight, I made dinner for Wendy. I made a Salt & Herb Rubbed Pork, Steamed Broccoli & Carrots, and white rice. The dry rub was nice — salt, pepper, thyme, allspice, and bayleaf. Very flavorful, but next time I won’t use sea salt because it was a bit salty. Still very tasty.
After our dive trip, dinner was leftover LaRosa’s pizza.
