Dinner tonight was the Asian-themed buffet at the Barcelo Maya Caribe Resort. We had sushi, noodles, and other dishes with an Asian twist with our friends Dawn & Jon.

After a very full day (which started at 3:30am!) of snorkeling with Whale Sharks, we hit the Italian-themed buffet at the Barcelo Maya Caribe Resort for Italian food through the Mexican lens. After dinner, we headed back to the room for showers and bed!
Tonight’s buffet theme at the Barcelo Maya Caribe Resort was “Gala Buffet”, which seems to translate to “leftovers”, though they did have some unusual items like Beef Wellington (dried out), salmon, prime rib, mushroom voulavent, and a chocolate fountain. Dinner was tasty for the most part!

Simple dinner this evening as we spent time unpacking and getting everything back in order. We ran through Frisch’s for a fish sandwich, onion rings, and cottage cheese.
Tonight we saw THE GUYS at Falcon Theater. As a result, our time was very limited between work and leaving for the show, so it was Beefaroni out of a can for me.
