System Updates 2009-07-11

This evening, I updated the server software from Fedora Core 9 to Fedora Core 10. The update went very well, with only one minor annoyance (mod_proxy) that was easily fixed. Total system downtime was about 50 minutes.

I am currently downloading all the updated software to bring my Fedora Core 10 to current status, then I will update it to Fedora Core 11.

I just noticed that WordPress 2.8.1 has been released from beta. I will install that after upgrading to Fedora Core 11.
