Simple meal tonight… Wendy had an after-work appointment, so I just stopped for a "#1" at McDonald’s tonight.
SKYLINE!!! Yummy! Wendy had a "three-way" — spaghetti, chili, and cheese — and she loves to tuck oyster crackers all around the plate before she starts eating. I had a Deluxe Burrito — a meat mixture wrapped in a flour tortilla, covered with chili, cheese,…
I meant to order something different. I swear I did!
We went to TAJ MAHAL tonight for dinner, and I walked into the restaurant vowing to veer from my normal order and allow our server to bring me whatever he wanted.
Once we sat down and I began to look over the menu, thoughts of CHICKEN TIKKI MASALA just filled my thoughts, edging out any other dish that might have competed. So I caved and ordered my usual.
Wendy doesn’t even fight the fight. She’s hopelessly addicted to PANEER MAKANI, and doesn’t even fight it.
I don’t know which is worse — to be hopelessly addicted to a dish, or to live in the delusion that you’re NOT addicted.
Tonight, I made a simple meal of spaghetti and …believe it or not… roasted corn on the cob. I know… I know… The two don’t really go together, but as I was driving home, I stopped at a Farmer’s Market and the corn looked good.…
