DINNER: Sunday, May 4, 2003

Tonight was the last dinner with Max & Marie in town, so the “Punta Cana Gang” met at Montgomery Inn’s Boathouse restaurant (considered to be the #1 Rib Restaurant in America).

There were ten of us: Max, Marie, Ray, Belinda, Rodney, Michelle, Brant (Marie’s son), Rickky (Brant’s friend), Andrew, and Wendy.

We dined on their outstanding ribs, chicken, salmon, salads, and TONS of their famous “Saratoga Chips” — thick, hand-cut potato chips served with the restaurant’s signature sauce.

Once we were done at the restaurant, we drove across the river into Kentucky for dessert at Graeter’s Ice Cream, another local tradition, for ice cream treats.
