Tonight we went to Wendy's cousin's house for a traditional Japanese family dinner. We had a chicken salad with anchovies, onions, and herbs; scattered sushi with salmon and egg; and a hot pot with fish cakes, tilapia, potato noodles, mushrooms, and herbs in a seaweed broth.
Everything was delicious, and we're glad we braved the inclimate weather to attend! We took an Amaretto Bundt Cake for dessert.

AHHH! Tuna Helper (this time, it was the Au Gratin variety) prepared in time to watch the 'decision' episode of Joe Millionaire. To my mind, nothing says, "I'm too stinking lazy to even cook reasonable food" quite like Tuna Helper!
