• If you are an INTERNATIONAL (non-US) resident, DO NOT USE PAYPAL. You may order by sending an INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER (US funds) for $20.00 US ($15.00 per copy, plus $5.00 PER COPY for international shipping) to the address above. Please be sure to include your complete postal mailing address, and your email address.
• Payment by credit card is through Paypal only. Money orders and cashier checks purchases will be shipped on receipt (after August 31, 2001).
