Tuna Steaks With Worchestershire

Ingredients

8 ounce Tuna Steaks
to taste Salt
1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns Ground
Sauce
4 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
4 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
4 tablespoon Olive Oil
4 tablespoon Dry White Wine


 

Instructions
1. Combine all SAUCE ingredients together. Set aside.

2. Season the tuna steaks with salt. Coat with ground black pepper.

3. Grill the tuna over a hot charcoal grill, cooking each side for 2 minutes.

4. Arrange on serving plates. Serve with the sauce on the side.

5. Serve with steamed potatoes. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
