2 tablespoon Butter
1 pound Filet Mignon Cut Into 1/4" Strips
3 large Garlic Clove Minced
1 large Shallot Minced
1/4 cup Red Wine
1 cup Mushroom Sliced
1/3 cup Brandy
2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Lowry's Prepared Brown Gravy
2 tablespoon Heavy Cream
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
to taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Fry filet slices in butter in a large frying pan about 40 seconds each side and remove from pan. Add minced garlic and shallot to pan; sauté until soft. Add mushrooms and sauté. Deglaze pan with red wine; reduce by half. Return filet slices to pan, add brandy and, using caution, flame. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cook briefly until slightly thickened. Serve immediately.
