2/3 bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves And Upper Stem
1/2 cup Unseasoned Peanut Butter See * Note
1/2 tablespoon Thin Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
5 tablespoon Sugar
1 dash Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Hot Chili Oil
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the first eight ingredients together. Process until smooth. Place in a saucepan and bring up to a simmer. Remove from the heat and set aside until ready to use.
