Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Garlic minced
1/2 cup Peanut Butter smooth
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Hot Chilie Oil or Sriracha to taste, or omit
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
 

Instructions
 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

Serve with "Shrimp Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon)" and "Garlic-Soy Dipping Sauce" (included in this collection).
