Smoked Salmon Canapes

Ingredients

8 large slices Smoked Salmon
6 large slices White Bread Toasted See Below
1/4 cup Cream
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Dill Chopped Optional


 

Instructions
1. Mix cream, lemon juice and dill, if available.

2. Remove the edges of the bread toasts, then cut the white part into quarters. Arrange in a baking dish, then toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes.

3. Divide the sliced salmon, according to the number of toast bread quarters.

4. Top each piece of bread with smoked salmon.

5. Add a small dollop of cream, then arrange in a serving plate.
