Instructions
Need: 2 mini-muffin pans (12 muffins in each pan)

Preheat oven to 375.

Cream butter and cheese thoroughly. Add flour and beat until well blended. Place a teaspoon of mixture in each muffin cup. Use your fingers to shape dough to fit.

Meanwhile, heat Skyline Original chili according to instructions on package. Distribute the chopped onion among cups. Place a tablespoon of chili in each cup. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Take out of oven, place a teaspoon of cheese on each pie. Return to oven just until cheese melts. Pies may be frozen at this time for later use or served immediately. If frozen, preheat oven to 350°, bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with a drop of hot sauce (optional).
