6 Chicken Leg Quarters Separated & Skin
1 ounce Skyline Original Chili
1 ounce Rotel Tomatoes With Green Chiles
2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place chicken pieces in prepared dish. In a food processor bowl, place remaining ingredients, except almonds, and process to a smooth sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle almonds on top. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Serve with a good Spanish rice.
