Skyline Chili Egg Puff

Ingredients

10 Eggs
1/2 cup Flour Unsifted
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 ounce Cottage Cheese Small Curd
1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
1/2 cup Butter Melted
1 ounce Green Chile Diced
1 ounce Skyline Original Chili Thawed


 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.

Cook Skyline Original Chili as directed on package. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and melted butter. Mix until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in chiles and Skyline original Chili. Pour mixture into a well-buttered 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is brown.

May be made the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
