Salmon Steak with Lemon Butter

Ingredients

4 each Salmon Steaks
1 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
to taste Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Parsley Chopped


 

Instructions
1. To make Lemon Butter *Maitre D'Hotel*: Mix butter with half of the lemon juice, chopped parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.

2. Season salmon steaks with the other half of the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush with cooking oil, then grill over high heat until cooked.

3. Arrange in serving plates, then serve with the Maitre D'Hotel butter on the side.

4. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
