Rotelle Pasta with Wild Mushrooms and Garlic

This recipe is pretty basic and has been used often with regular button mushrooms, although the addition of wild mushrooms, such as oyster, shiitake, and portobello mushrooms, give it an exotic look and a flavor that's hard to beat. It was used mainly as a special at the avalon and the hacienda as a backup; in case we couldn't think of something new. A lot of people enjoyed it and it sold very well (mainly because of the wild mushrooms). The chicken stock is best when it is made from scratch, although chicken base can be used with excellent results. Ingredients
