1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
4 teaspoon Honey
2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoon Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
to taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard, and lime juice. While whisking constantly, add oil in a slow, steady stream until combined.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
3. Cool to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper. May be stored in a refrigerator for up to one week.
