Oriental Crab and Pork Omelette

Ingredients

1/4 pound Ground Pork
1/4 pound Crab Meat Precooked
1/2 cup Wood Ears Sliced Soaked In Water
5 large Eggs Beaten
1 tablespoon Parsley Finely Chopped
2 tablespoon Oil


 

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large, non-stick pan. Add the ground pork, then saute until browned and cooked.

2. Add the crab meat, wood ears, and parsley. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes, then add the egg.

3. Stir-fry until the eggs are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
