Oranges with Mascarpone-stuffed Dates, Saba, and Walnuts

Ingredients

6 ea Oranges Seedless
16 ea Medjool Dates or Khadrawl Dates Remove Pits
8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
4 ounces Walnuts Chopped Toasted
to taste Saba


 

Instructions
1. Cut the peel and white pith from oranges. Slice crosswise into rounds.

2. Cut lengthwise slits into dates. Remove pits if necessary. Stuff each date with about 1 teaspoon mascarpone cheese. Top with toasted walnuts.

3. Arrange orange slices and dates on a platter.

4. Drizzle the platter with saba and serve.
