1 pound Lean Ground Chuck
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ea small Onion Chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
3/4 cup Chili Sauce Heinz Brand
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder optional
Instructions
1. Brown meat in skillet, stirring constantly. Degrease.
2. Add chopped onion, salt, and flour. Blend well.
3. Add water, mustard, chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, and chinese five spice powder (if using). Cover.
4. Simmer 30-40 minutes.
Serve on buns with slaw.
