Mango Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

1 ea Mango Ripe
1 ea Seedless Cucumber usually Wrapped In plastic
Sesame Oil optional
garnish Sesame Seeds optional


 

Instructions
1. Peel cucumber.

2. Slice cucumber into thin slices along its length.

3. Peel mango.

4. Cut thick battonettes of the mango, about 1/2 x 1/2 x 1 inch.

5. Roll the mango in the slices of cucumber. The mango should hang over each side of the cucumber a little bit. Roll the mango about 3 thicknesses in cucumber.

6. Cut the mango roll in half through the center of the cucumber, making two equal height rolls.

7. Garnish with a couple drops of sesame oil and a sprinkling of sesame seeds, if desired.
