DRESSING
1/3 cup Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Salad Oil
1 teaspoon Celery Salt
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 tablespoons Water
SALAD
1 ea medium bag Salad Greens For Mixed Greens Use Romaine & Regular
1 ea large can Mandarin Orange Slices Drained
1/2 cup Pecans Chopped optional
1 ea large Purple Onion Thinly Sliced Into Rings
Instructions
To make the dressing, combine vinegar, sugar, salad oil, celery salt, dry mustard, and water in a resealable jar. Shake well to combine ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before adding dressing to salad.
To make salad, combine the salad greens, drained mandarin orange slices, and pecans. Top with the thinly sliced purple onion. Drizzle dressing over salad.
