Ham & Mushroom Pate

This recipe from the label of Underwood Deviled Ham was one of their most popular. It's well worth keeping in your collection. Easy to make, and very special in flavor.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Butter
1/4 pound Fresh Mushrooms Coarsely Chopped
2 ounce Underwood Deviled Ham
1 ounce Cream Cheese Softened
1/4 teaspoon Thyme Ground
Party Bread Slices


 

Instructions
 1. Day before: Melt butter in skillet. Saute mushrooms over medium heat until tender.

2. Combine deviled ham, cream cheese, and thyme. Blend well.

3. Stir in mushrooms. Cover & chill overnight.

Serve on party bread slices.
