1 ea 3 ounce p Strawberry Gelatin
2 cups Fresh Strawberries 2 Cups Sliced 2 Cups Hulled
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Boiling Water
1 ea 9 inch Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
Instructions
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and gradually add ice cream, stirring until melted.
2. Chill until thick but NOT set (45-60 minutes) and then fold in strawberries and pour into pie crust.
3. Chill until firm; garnish with whipped cream and whole hulled strawberries.
