Instructions
1. Stir flour into milk. Cook milk and flour in a saucepan over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cool completely.

2. Mix together Crisco, sugar, and vanilla.

3. Beat both mixtures together with whip attatchment on mixer for at least 5 minutes or until sugar is no longer grainy.
