1 ea 9 inch Pie Crust Prepared
3 ea Eggs Beaten
1 1/2 cup Cream
1/2 pound Crab Meat Fresh Or Canned
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Paprika
to taste Salt
to taste Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven - about 375 F.
2. Arrange pie crust in a greased, deep 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper (according to taste). Add the cream and the crab meat and mix well.
4. Pour into the pie crust and bake in the oven for about 15 - 18 minutes, until filling is cooked.
5. Slice and serve. This quiche goes well with white wine.
