1/2 cup Orange Juice
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1/4 teaspoon Lemon Peel Grated
dash Cinnamon
1/4 cup Water
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 ea Pink Grapefruit
1 ea can Mandarin Orange Slices Drained
Instructions
In small saucepan over medium heat mix together all sauce ingredients until sugar dissolves.
In a separate bowl, mix water with cornstarch and stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly, about 2 minutes, until sauce is slightly thickened.
Cool before serving.
Cut the grapefruit into supremes and cut each supreme into thirds. Combine with the mandarin oranges.
