Cat Litter Box Cookie -- Chocolate

Ingredients

1/2 cup Honey
2/3 cup Butter
1 ea Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
2 boxes Grape Nuts Cereal
1 cup Brown Sugar
Optional Mix-Ins
Flaked Coconut
Butterscotch Chips
Peanut Butter Chips
Peanuts Shelled
 

Instructions
 1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Microwave honey until it bubbles, about 1 minute. Add butter and egg. Mix well, and then mix in the rest of the ingredients, including any optional mix-ins.

3. Chill several hours (or overnight) in refrigerator.

4. Mix Grape Nuts & brown sugar to taste.

5. Roll dough-logs of random lengths in the diameter of cat poops. Roll the logs in Grape Nuts mixture.

6. Bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes, until done.

7. Cool on wire rack, then place into clean litter box lined with remaining Grape Nuts mixture.
