Carrot and Daikon Slaw

Ingredients

2 each Carrots Large Shredded
1 each Daikon Medium Shredded
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
1/8 cup Brown Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Tamari


 

Instructions
Mix the carrot, daikon, and parsley in a serving bowl.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the vinegar, oil, and Tamari. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature. Pour dressing over the slaw.
